Privacy notice.
Last updated 7 November 2026.
This notice covers the waitlist on usualtile.com. Usual is run by Tom Bell in the UK, who is responsible for your data. Contact: hello@usualtile.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your name, shop name, type of shop, town or city, email, and anything optional you add (phone, number of tiles, till, notes).
Why
To tell you about the Usual launch and the founding offer, and to understand which shops are interested. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
Where it's kept
In a Google Sheet owned by Usual, and in the Usual inbox. Google may store data outside the UK under its standard data protection terms.
How long
Until 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe, at any time by emailing hello@usualtile.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
